Alphonse Karr Bamboo

Bambusa Multiplex

Alphonse Karr Bamboo

Alphonse Karr Bamboo makes a beautiful hedge or feature. It has hot pink shoots that turn gold, with bright green leaves year round. As it is a multiplex, it is not as tall and strait as Textilis, but is still a great hedge plant. Growing anywhere up to 7 meters if untouched, it will happily be cut off to hedge size and will take strong cold winds and even salty air.
